We all feel 'stuck' from time to time.
When I find myself pacing back and forth in a metaphorical rut, my solution is to take a break — and then take action.
How you choose to relax and regroup depends on your temperament.
A quick fix for me is to simply step outside and observe nature for 10-15 minutes, followed by a few stretches to loosen me up. There are more comprehensive approaches, but this is a good one for breaking through a minor case of 'stuckness'.

Take Action
Likewise, it doesn't much matter which actions you choose to get things moving. It can be as simple as rearranging the living room or pruning your roses. Anything that takes your mind off the current dilemma will give the subconscious the freedom to roam and come up with a solution on its own.
If you prefer a more straight-forward approach, I've found that making a list can also do the trick, starting with your goal and adding action steps to attain it. Again, this works best after a little R&R — in fact, it's essential.

Reset Your Intention
Specifically, the issue of being stuck professionally comes to mind, and being stalled at a particular juncture in your professional life.
My experience is that this invariably signals exponential growth in the near future, but first you must do what's necessary to create the space in your life that will allow this to happen.
Step one: Relax and stop pushing.
Step two: Breathe, and trust that this is a good sign.
Step three: Create the space you need to reset your intention
and create proactive solutions.
Now is the perfect time to update your presentation.
